FAQ

 Orders

o How long will it take to process my order? 

     We process orders within 1 business day of receiving your payment. When it has been processed we will send you a confirmation via email. 


o What is the minimum quantity required to buy wholesale??  

     The minimum purchase quantities are specified by product, they are indicated in the information of each product.    


o What is amount per box??  

      The number of units contained per manufacturer's box.  


o Can I cancel or change my order after completing it?  

     You can cancel and modify your order until the moment of payment or before packing your order, after that CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS CAN NOT BE MADE. 


o What happens if I overpay my order?

     Orders that have been canceled or modified and result in overpayment funds will be reflected in your account as an account balance.   


o Can I pre-order products that are currently out of stock?
You cannot pre-order products but you can request to be notified when available. 


Shipping

o From what location are packages sent?  

     We have distribution centers in all of our countries, your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse to the designated delivery location.   


o I have made my payment, when will my order be shipped??  

     Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

 

oI have made my payment, when do I collect my order

     Your order will be processed, and we will notify you that it is ready for pickup within 2 business days. Your order must be picked up within 24 hours of receiving the notification. Please bring your purchase order with the order number and personal id.   


o I have made my payment, when will my DropShipping order will be sent?  

     Your order will be shipped within 1 business day. It will reach your customer within two days for a total of 3 shipping days.    


o My order is crossing borders, who pays import taxes?   

     Our customers must bear all costs related to the shipment of their order, including import fees, documentation, and taxes. In the event that your order is returned from customs due to non-payment of fees, the refund will be the total amount of the order less all shipping costs.


o Can I put my order on hold for a while??  

     Confirmed orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Your order may be modified or canceled before we start packing your order, the prepaid amount will be credited as an account balance for future use.


o Cow much is the shipping cost?  

   The shipping cost varies depending on the country and the carrier, it will be calculated in the shopping cart and added to the total cost of the order. If you would like to receive an estimated shipping cost before proceeding with your order, please contact us via email. pedidos@soledist.com or any other means indicated on the website.  


o How much do Dropshipping costs?  

   The shipping cost varies depending on the country and the carrier. This cost will be calculated at checkout and will be added to the cost of the order. Payment Terms

o        How do I make a payment?  

     We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer. The payment processing fee will be added on top of your order amount. This fee is subject to any changes made by our payment processor.  


o I chose to pay with wire transfer, where do I send the payment?  

      In your client portal you will have access to upload the image with the payment receipt, under the order with its corresponding number. This can also be sent via email: contabilidad@soledist.com   


o Can I add balance to my account to use as prepaid?  

    Yes! To add balance to your account, please send us an email and we will guide you through the process. You will be asked for your customer number, the amount paid, and an image of the wire transfer.


o What currencies do you accept? 

      At the moment we accept US dollars and the legal tender in your country.    



o What is the refund policy?  

      Once the order has been paid for, we will not issue refunds. The amount will be credited as an account balance for future use.  


o          I received a defective product, can I receive a replacement o refund?
   In case of receiving defective products, please take detail photos or videos of the products and contact us immediately. We will inform the providers/manufacturers and help you file a claim. Please do not dispose of items until further notice. SOLE DIST will not be held responsible for damage/theft in transit, as we are not responsible for any issues that occur during shipping. This will be the responsibility of the carrier. You must inform your carrier and file a claim.

Products

o    Can I order products that are not available at Sole Dist?

      If you are looking for a brand or product that we do not have in stock, send us a message by WhatsApp or email.  ventas@soledist.comHowever, please note that your application may not be accepted due to trademark availability and other circumstances.   


o    How long does Sole Dist take to replace products that are out of stock?  

       Approximately 1-2 weeks. This time may vary depending on the manufacturers and shipping conditions. 

Dropshipping (final consumer)

o    How does dropshipping work?  

 Apply to open an account in SOLE DIST   

Once approved we will provide a pricelist and media catalog of our products.  

Your client places an order on your e-commerce page or store on Instagram, Facebook, or through the social network of your choice.  

Enter your account in SOLE DIST and make the purchase of the product, proceed with the payment and enter the information of your client such as name, telephone number and detailed shipping address.  

Once your payment is confirmed, the product will be sent directly to your customer. No data, invoices, paperwork, or SOLE DIST logos will go. The transaction is completely confidential.

The shipping guide number and confirmations will be sent to your email with which you registered your account.   

You only take care of receiving and paying the orders, we will take care of the rest!
